We had Nachos for dinner and Day of the Dead style face painting. Sophie is the jolliest Horrifying Vampire (assignment made by Claire) I've ever met. Claire wanted to be a Dread Pirate Skeleton.
I love the way Sophie watches to see how to be just like Claire. She even wore Claire's dress and socks to Church today and wanted her headband in front of her ears the way Claire always wears it.
"I'm sending your soul to the abscess! Huh? Oh--the Amish, that's what I said already Mom."
"Ooooh! I ate all your cupcakes Momma!" (That one did scare me until I remembered there weren't any--Soap gets awful sick when left to her own sugar devices).
